Add the Regent Remote Care system to your shopping cart and complete the billing and shipping information. After your order is placed, you will then be asked to complete an additional form including user information, color preference, emergency contact info, drop-in contacts, social contacts, and more. This step is mandatory, and your system won’t ship until this is complete. Once we have all of your information, we will package up your personalized system and ship it to your door.

How long does it take to program and ship my Regent Remote Care system?

After completing the Remote Care Order Form, the system takes 1 to 2 days to fulfill, program, and ship. Depending on your location, you should have the Regent Remote Care system in hand 5 to 7 days after completing the order form.

How do I make changes to my contact list or other system features?

Any changes to the system can be made or modified by simply calling customer service support at 1-833-791-9200 and providing the system number found on the original packaging and welcome letter you received upon ordering.

Is the system periodically updated?

The system is automatically updated by Constant Companion over the internal cellular or Wi-Fi network. You and your loved ones do not have to worry about updating your device.

How do I return my Regent Remote Care system?

You can return your Regent Remote Care devices by simply calling customer support at 800-990-7611.

From there, the process will be as follows:

  • Customer support will ask you for your system number found on the original packaging and welcome letter you received upon ordering, as well as your email address.
  • Customer support will email you a USPS return label.
  • You will put all devices into a box (hopefully the box the device came in) and affix the USPS label to the box
  • You will call USPS to schedule a time for them to pick up the package right from your doorstep.

Once we have received the returned devices, we will cancel your monthly subscription service.
