“Don’t work for Recognition, but do work worthy of Recognition.” – H. Jackson Brown, Jr.

This was a post from one of our Regent Families who lost their Mother to Dementia. Mrs. Lee was with Regent for years and her family will remain a part of ours for years to come.
“For those of you who have not seen my sister’s post from this morning, my mother passed away last night. It was a peaceful passing, and for that I am eternally grateful. She was 92, and had fought the good fight with dementia for many years. Her passing is of course very sad but it is also joyous because it is the end of her suffering, and because I know that she is with my father and all those that she loves. I want to recognize my sister and her family for all that they did for her, and it was a lot, the facility where she was at the end, New Life in Jessup, to Alvin and Diane, and those who worked with them, to the ladies at Regent Healthcare, Inc., especially Jessica, Melissa, Debra, Erin, and Debbie, the ladies at Gilchrist who were absolutely wonderful, and to those in the other facilities where my mother was who also cared for my mother.” – Susan Maranto
